Shan Shui Golf & Country Resort will be the main venue for playing and coaching. We also utilize two Tawau Golf Club courses – one 9-hole walking course and one mountain course located in the middle of a Tropical Rain Forest.

The package is for unlimited golf. Guests decide how many rounds to play – 9-hole, 18-hole, or unlimited golf – keeping in mind your physical fitness and the four golfing days ahead.

The coaching session is scheduled from 7:30 am to 8:30 am on course, then half an hour off course for evaluation and developing a game improvement plan for each Golfer.

Our Coaching Method is based on Holistic Player Development. After understanding your goals, we assess and evaluate your swing, personal management, and strategic management skills and develop a personal improvement plan toward achieving your goal.

Our guarantee requires your active participation and application of the newly acquired skills on and off the course, with the knowledge that improvement takes time, commitment, and effort.

• The third most significant town in Sabah, with a population of approx. 450,000

Semporna

• About one hour drive East of Tawau. It is the gateway to Tun Sakaran Marine Park and a group of islands, including Sipadan/Mabul, with world-renowned dive sites.

We partner with Rooms Hotel, Vista Hotel, and Svok Hotel.

The three newest hotels are located centrally in a new township – Kubota Square and Kubota Central.

The package is for unlimited golf. Guests decide how many rounds to play – 9-hole, 18-hole, or unlimited golf – keeping in mind your physical fitness and the four golfing days ahead.

Guests enjoy a single occupancy queen deluxe room – reservations must be made at least 2 (two) weeks in advance for availability to be guaranteed.

When booked at least 2 (two) weeks in advance, we will upgrade you to King Deluxe.

Our highest priority is guests’ comfort. We will accommodate requests made at least two weeks in advance. However, discounts are not available.

• Kam Ling Seafood Restaurant and Good View Seafood Restaurant are the two most popular restaurants in town. They offer full menus (except pork) but are known for serving the freshest seafood.
• Vegetarian selections are available upon request.
• Restaurants serving local cuisine are options as well.

• Although the package is golf-centric, we can always customize the Package collectively for the group – Less Golf More Island or More Golf No Island.

• Other places to consider are Sabah Park (Taman Bukit Tawau), Teck Guan Cocoa Village, and The Batu Tersusun, Tawau, a natural phenomenon.

• When events are canceled due to inclement weather, we will plan other activities such as local food tasting, sightseeing in the comfort of our van, or beer or wine tasting.

• Depending on when the inclement weather occurs, am or pm, the golfing itinerary will switch – from morning to afternoon or conversely.

• If the golf itinerary is canceled for the day, the guests collectively can replace the Semporna trip with golf.

• Unless it is an emergency, there will be no refund.

• In an emergency, proof needs to be submitted for refund consideration. Upon approval, we will refund 50 percent of your booking fee.

The Package offered is for a group of 5 spots maximum per week. We will accommodate the group privately on and off the course.

Currently, we do not offer discounts. But we welcome your proposal.

• Confirmation of payment received before arrival is a must.

• We offer a safe payment gateway through “Stripe” www.stripe.com or directly transfer to our bank – bank information will be provided privately.

The golf program will start at Shan Shui Golf & Country Resort at 7:30 am daily, Monday thru Thursday, the morning after your arrival. Our van will pick you up at the hotel entrance at 7:00 am to ensure you arrive at the course in plenty of time to prepare for the day.

• Almost all golf packages are just that – golf packages – you come, play, and go back home.

• Although golf-centric, our Package focuses on your experiences on and off the course for the duration of your stay.

• Most golf lessons happen on the driving range, hitting lots of golf balls. AC Golf is different by taking you onto the course, where you’ll improve with our result-based coaching. Our coaching process includes reviewing your goals, assessing your game, and creating a personalized improvement plan. As well as hitting better shots, you’ll have more confidence playing the game and having fun on the course with friends.
